I have filed form-8 to Registrar of Companies after 60 days and request for condonation of delay. CLB allows by passing order in our favour for condonation subject to some penalty.
Plz provide me Procedure to proceed further

File the approval letter received from CLB with ROC through filing of form 21 within 30 days of CLB approval.
