13 November 2009 A company uploaded Form 8 twice,by mistake, for a single charge. MCA approved both forms and two charge ID's and two certificates were issued. Seek remedy to correct the mistake.

Well to rectify the mistake you can write a letter to them and give appropriate supportings to clarify them or better call at mca help to desk to know the procedure.

other views are also solicited.

13 November 2009 Check with MCA, but according to me they will not rectify the mistake.

In my view you need a letter from the Bank about one charge and Form No.17 is require to file for one Form No.8
