What are the procedure to condone the delay in filing form no 8 with Registrar of companies if the delay is more than one year.

You have to file condonation petition to CLB under section-141.
As per my suggestion take the service of a practicing CS or CS for quick redressal of your problem. Give a readign to section 141.
