24 April 2013 good morning experts,
We have entered the charge creation date wrongly as 08/11/2012 instead of 22/11/2012 in the form-8 and filed it, now can we apply for re submission? plz reply at ur early?

24 April 2013 No, resubmission can only be marked by the ROC end, user cannot apply for resubmission.

Hi Ankur,

There is a clause in which it is provided that form can be opened for resubmission BY roc on the request of stakeholder that is filing person. I think its better to approach the ROC.

However, as per my belief Form 8 is auto approval, then can we go for resubmission? I mean that even the ROC cannot mark its resubmission.

26 April 2013 hi sri,
I have approached ROC, they did not accept for re submission, now the only way is going for condonation of delay as it is delayed by 61 days according to the wrong date entered.
