Should a Company file Form 61A (SFT) for Shares issued for consideration other than cash? Actually on take over of the Business, the Company has issued Equity shares and pref shares, should co file Form 61A

Form 61A has to be filed for issue of shares, here shres issued so form 61A has to be filed.
