WE FILE ROC RETURN A PRIVATE COMPANY WITH WRONG BALANCE SHEET AND P&L FOR F.Y.2011-12.
THIS MISTAKE NOW COME OUT BEFORE US .

WHAT WE DO FOR IT?

17 May 2013 The companies which had defaulted in filing their annual returns and balance sheets for a continuous period of three years, have been moved into a separate basket as “Dormant“ companies by MCA21.

17 May 2013 Once the 'annual filing forms' are approved by MCA21, the company cannot rectify the defects/ mistakes contained therein. General circular 5/2010 dated 22/11/2010 also prohibits companies from multiple filing of 'annual filing forms'.
