23 October 2009 Hi Frendz,

I am confronting difficulty in fillin the 9th clause of Form 5 required to be filed in case of increase in authorised share capital. Can nyone help me out...

23 October 2009 well savitha enter details for the authorised, issued, subscribed, paidup capital share capital break up after taking into consideration the increase in authorised share capital of the Company, even you can go through help kit of Form 5 at mca site for more clarifications.

further query revert back.

24 October 2009 Thanks for the reply... I have gone thru the Help Kit provided by MCA.. I need a bit clarification from th side of Paid up and issued capital, whether its to be th revised figures or not... As we can issue only to th limit of authorised share capital and since increase in authorised SC will b approved by ROC only after th furnishin of Form 5... what is to b filled under issued and paid capita resp... Can u help me in this regard.. Hope u got my query..

24 October 2009 dear savitha in paid up and issued capital you have to mention actual issued and paid up capital bcz increase in authorised capital does not increase issued and paid capital and in authorised capital you will mention revised ASCapital, rest part will not be revised one.
