Form 3cd - signature ?

16 April 2013 Can anybody tell in detail of where the signature is required of CA and the owner of organisation ? i.e. on Balance sheet, P&L Account and other annexures.

Is owner also required to sign form 3CD ?

Please anybody can guide me.
