Form 3cd - signature ?

Can anybody tell in detail of where the signature is required of CA and the owner of organisation ? i.e. on Balance sheet, P&L Account and other annexures.
Is owner also required to sign form 3CD ?
Please anybody can guide me.

YES SIGNATURES OF BOTH THE PERSON REQUIRED IN BS PL OTHER ANNEX.
IN CASE OF 3CD ONLY CA'S SIGNATURE REQ.
