I SEND 3 COPY OF FORM-38 TO VENDER.
HE RETURNED US 2 COPY.
NOW WHAT CAN I DO THIS 2 COPY OF FORM - 38

29 November 2010 As you are aware that the checkpost are closed by the commercial tax department of UP, the form 38 will be returned by the transporter to the purchase with bill without get it passed through checkpost. The Original Copy of this form 38 will be submitted to commercial tax department by the purchaser along with copy of bill, copy of G/R, copy of challan.

The forms you are using are obselete one, because now the forms are given by the department in two copy only.
