Dear All
Please note that while conversion of my company from Private to Public we appointed the Director Finance as the Executive Director and sub category as Director instead of Whole time director by defaut in my Form 32. How to rectify the error.

File Form 32 again for change of designation from Director to Whole Time Director.
Hope you filed Form 25C as well, for appointment of Whole Time Director.
