I've read that Form 29b on MAT is required to be submitted online to the Income Department along with form 3CA-CD. Is Report under Form 29b from a CA required in case of a loss making pvt ltd company?

21 September 2013 The company has to work out 'book profit' as per explanation 1 to section 115JB. If such book profit is -ve ,MAT provision doesn't apply meaning thereby form 29B is not required.
