Will Form 25C applicable for revision in terms of remuneration of Chairman of the Company for which the Remuneration Agreement entered between the Company & Chairman.
As after going through the Form 25C it mention in point no 4 as only designation for Manager/WTD/MD only.
Will here Form 25C applicable?

In my opinion, it is required to file 25C in case or revision in the salary of the chairman. As chairman is a director and getting salary for working day to day work of the Company.

You have to file form 25C for revised terms of remuneration. Plz analyse the form again.
