25 July 2010 What is the Form 24AA u/s 299, whether it is necessary to every director to file. And to whom with it should be file or it should be kept only for our record
pl. clarify me this doubts, as early as possible

The concerned section is 299 of the companies Act,1956 which says in respect of contracts with a director, the director has to disclose the nature of his interest/concern at the meeting of the board of directors. In such cases the concered director has to file form 24AA with the compnay.
