in form 23b for appointment of new auditor
we have to attach intimation to compny????

wat is this intimation, is that appointment letter of that new auditor???

07 October 2011 Dear Mr. Tanveer Ahuja,

If you are appointing new auditors in place of old auditor then you have to received NOC (non objection certificate).
and for appointment of new auditors you have to pass resolution in annual generakl meeting to fix charges and terms etc. This will be the intimation of appointment of new auditor.
