auditor need to intimate to ROC about his acceptance to appoint as statutory auditor of the company with in 30 days from the date of receipt of intimation from the company

A company is required to give intimation of appointment to every auditor(s) so appointed within seven days of the appointment. The intimation may be given in form of a letter on the letter head of the company by a responsible officer of the company.
After that the auditor will file Form-23B with in 30 days thereof.
As per this you will file Form-23b till 03.11.2013.
