24 July 2012 Yes. It was very much mandatory right from beginning. ROCs never used to bother for non filing of the same. Now it is system driven and hence become necessary. Nothing to worry about.

24 July 2012 the replies are not clear, my question is the F.No.23B is applicable to all the companies, i.e pvt limited, pub limited, producer companies or what?. some of professionals feel that it is applicable to public limited only. is it so?
