Form 23ac and 23 aca

I wanted to file form 23aca and form 23 ac of a company.. but the mca website says form needs to be revised and thus can't be uploaded...the AGM of the Co. was held on 20.07.2012. Please tell me the last date to upload it with penalty and after the last date how much penalty would be imposed?

As per section 220(1) of the Companies Act,1956 last date of filing balance sheet and profit and loss account in the said e- form's is 19/08/2012.
Late filing attract additional fee as per section 611(2) of the said act which is as follows:-
Upto 30days - 2 times of normal filing fee.
31to60 days - 4 times -do-
61to90 days - 6 times -do-
> 90 days - 9 times -do-

But what can the co. do if mca has not updated its form? and due to mca's fault the forms can't be uploaded....

Hello,
MCA has already issue Circular on 2/08/2012 saying, there will be no penalty on the e-form 23AC-ACA filled upto 15th September, 2012 or within 30days of AGM, which ever is latter.
Check the Circular No. 21/2012 dated 02/08/2012 on MCA Site.

But 21/2002 is only for XBRL based e-filing.
