12 March 2010 Sir, which date i have to put in Point no 4.of form 23AC " date of board of directors meeting in which board report referred........to under section 217 was approved " also date of signing boards report. whether balance sheet date or director report date?

12 March 2010 Mention the date on which your board of directors adopt the balance sheet and directors report.

Date of adoption of directors report is the date of signing of board report.

Revert if there is any doubt.
