Hi,
What is requirement of filing Form 23 and when it is filed ?
1. On 16th August,10 I filed form 32 for appointment of Director, the appointment of Director has been done in EGM through special business.
2. On 25th August,10 I filed Form 5 and resolution was passed in EGM, capital has also been increased on MCA site.
Is Form 23 required to be filed for above cases?

No form 23 is not required to be filed in the above 2 cases.
List where form 23 is required to be files is given in section 192.
When a company pass any special resolution in the GM form 23 is required to be filed with in 30 days of GM to register that SR with ROC.
