can anyone provide me the procedure and board resolution for issue of Form 22A?

04 June 2010 Form22A is used for shorter notice Consent by shareholder Pursuant to section 171(2). For this form no resolution is required to be passed. Simply collect for 22A from shareholders regarding their consent for shorter notice consent. You may download the sample form 22A from the link below:
