form 20B to ROC

09 January 2009 A public ltd co. has 7 directors. One of the direcotr has not obtained DIN due to some problems. Is it possible to file Form 20B without having his DIN as Form 20B is pending for the last year also.
Plz ans.

09 January 2009 For filing of fORM 20B for AGM held before 01-07-2007, u need not have DIN for all Directors. but in case Return relates to AGM held after 01-07-2007, ul need to have DIN of all the directors & also DIN 3 duly filed in respect of all 7 directors.
