Dear Experts,
1.What is the criteria to ensure that a particular name is available or not with ROC?
Please suggest any guidelines or manual which is useful for the same.
2.What are the documents which can be attached in Form 18 for Proof of Registered Office. Is Bank Statement is sufficient proof for the Registered Office ?

owned by director (not taken on lease by company)
3. A proof that the Company is permitted to use the address as
the registered office of the Company if the same is owned by
