Sir,
I have already filed Form 23 AC , ACA & 23B in ROC. Now i am trying to file Form 18. But i cant file. The form itself does not response to "Pre- scrutiny" option. Its not due to Expiry of DSC or exceeding 2MB. From where i will get a solution.
