Can company have its registered office at a residential place which is in the name of parents of the one of the Promoters?

Is there any requirement of NOC from the owner?

Please provide me NOC format required if any

Form-18 Attachment- If Premises is on Lease

(a) Lease/rent agreement
(b) any proof that such premises is owned by that company, like, electricity bill, water supply bill.

If Premises is owned by Director

(a) NOC from director
(b) (b) any proof that such premises is owned by that director, like, electricity bill, water supply bill, passport, voter ID card.
(c) Lease/rent agreement

viz. can a company be registered at residential place which is owned by a parent of the Director ?

20 July 2013 Yes, why not, you can made lease agreement with your parent for making registered office of their premises.
