FORM 17 HAS FILED ONE MONTHS AGO. BUT STATUS IS SHOWING IS HELD IN ABEYANCE . WHAT SHOLD WE DO?

Held in Abeyance means, the form is temporarily put out of the process of the system for any further clarification for the officials of ROC internally or from the company. Some times they keep forms in abeyance for clearing certain forms filed subsequently. It is better to visit the office of ROC personally and enquire the status. As the form is not yet approved, it is not shown in the public documents list
I think u can go ahead with payment of roc challan.
