can any body give clarification regarding form 16B of Tds and where we use and provide me if there is any format

On transfer of immovable property of more than 50 lakhs buyer should deduct 1% tds and deposit to govt
.

and then he have to issue tds certificate for that tax deducted
.
.
form applicable is Form 16B
you have to register in traces for that(as a taxpayer) and then can download this form 16B
.
