Form 16 through - traces

I have downloaded zip file of Form 16 for FY 12-13 successfully. But when I was going to convert that file through PDF Converter Version 1.2 (New) no file was converted except two certificates. Then I used PDF Converter Version 1.1 (Old). It was converted all files successfully into PDF but in a different format (Old format with various error in file format.
How do I overcome this problem ?

Download the updated version of the PDF converter utility 1.3L.

Log on to TRACES to download it.

Click on ‘Requested Downloads’ under ‘Downloads’ menu then click on ‘TRACES PDF CONVERTER".
