20 September 2014 My Cousin is a govt employee and he swithch over his job to another one which is also a govt employer. He does not want to reveal to his current employer about past one. So when he will pay tax is his current employer would come to know about it?
He was having income below taxable limit from past and is having taxable income from current one..

20 September 2014 no the new employer wont come to know. but it is advisable to declare so as to get the correct TDS deducted.
