15 May 2019 hello maam what should i do in case the income from previous employer exceeds taxable income and the new employee has not provided details of the same.and tax has not been deducted by us.

18 May 2019 hello maam,
was just asking that f previous employer has not deducted tax and us inspite of asking for the previous payslips have not recieved the same what can be done to ascertain total income for the year. Also the new format of Form 16 issued by the department states that in point no 17 Rebate will be provided for after Income tax+ surcharge plus education cess. Would you please help around on thus.

24 May 2019 That is relief under sec 89/90 not rebate u/s 87A , such rebate alreadu deducted while calculating tax as per column 12
