Form 16 mismatch

in form 16 part-a amt paid/credited (salary gross amt) is greater than part-B or part-A is less than part-B, is there any problem? please advice, thanks in advance

Annexure in PArt -B and Salary paid or credited may vary because we would have claimed deduction u/s 10 such as HRA,CA etc and Chapter VIA which we consider for computation but actually which is paid as Salary.
Computation of salary , Salary shown in form16 may be net of salary (which includes HRA,Ca etc) So there is no problem for variance
