07 June 2013 Dear sir,

Iam generated the Form 16 for fy 2012-13 from traces. In the amount deducted column the actual TDS paid with interest is shown for the every employees.Whether it is correct?

07 June 2013 TDS amount should show without interest amount. if you have filed the tds return amount inclusive of interest then it will appear with interest, need to correct the return and generate form 16 again
