Form 16 download from trace urgent

while we download from 16 in trace it says "Download request cannot be submitted as statement(s) has/have not been processed for selected Financial Year" but we filed etds on 10th of july all quarters but still it says above words. but 1st & 2nd quarters details found in form 26as in there respective employees we did not see any thing relating 3rd and 4th quarters.in TIN website under quarter ly status says all 4quaters accepted by TIN.but we still dont get from 16.what do now......

Some day before i have been faced same problem... but i have been sent a mail to contactus@tdscpc.gov.in , after 2-3 days my problem solved.
So sent mail to customercare, Mention your PAN, TAN number and Acknowledgement of return.
