Dear Sir,
Greetings from Ravi Kumar!
I would like to inform that I am working with a NGO based at Gwalior .Our Head office is located at New Delhi. The income tax –PAN is also in the name of AFPRO having address Janakpuri, NEW DELHI.
We have received here (Branch office Gwalior) a form 16 A mentioning the PAN no. of AFPRO but they have mentioned the Gwalior address as name and address of deductee
instead of our Head office, New Delhi.
Please let me know whether income tax department will entertain this form 16A or we have to ask the corrected form 16 A from the party?

Income Tax Department will accept on the basis of correct PAN No.
10 February 2011
Now you need not have to file Form 16 it is ok.
