Dear Experts,
My comany not yet issued Form16 for the FY.2010-11, and TDS deducted in May and Sept-2010 it is not appearing in my 26 AS,
and requested to issue form16 and pay to the govt but they are not taken care
What action to be taken to my company, please give suggestions

You can approach administrative officer at your local ITO and lodge a complaint against your employer.
