02 March 2011 I have Releived from My Employer on 24th Jan,2011. Full & Final Settlement will be done in 45 Working Days.
As my salary has already due for my Employer, so he has to pay TDS by 7th Feb,2011.
My Quetions is , when i should received the Form 16 (What shall be last date in my case)
(I have already join New Job , and their i have to give Form 16 )

02 March 2011 Form 16 can be given by the employer only after the ascertainment of the Final Settlement amount in this case.

Due date for filing your return is 31st July so you may wait till the TDS on settlement amount as well as all your salary dues are being decided.
