we open new co.in nov'11.we transfer salary in new co. we deduction tds on old co angst salary.we want issue form-16 for old co. whole year can we do so?

u'll have to issue two form 16 to your employees
one for period before NOV (old employer co.)
& one for period after NOV (new co.)
one for period before NOV (old employer co.)
& one for period after NOV (new co.)
