i have deduction under 80C Rs.80000

so kindly

tell me

whther tds be applicable

or whether company provides me Form 16
or

what to do

No TDS will not be deducted in your case.

Company may give you form 16 and not then ask for salary certificate.

For your information, Salary Certificate and Salary Slips will be enough for filing ITR.
