i have not received my form 16, hw can i file my return for this assessment year.
pls guide me asap.

16 June 2014 You can ask your employer to provide you form 16 and if you do not get it check your detaila at 26 as.and if tds is shown there you can file return for that amount

16 June 2014 pls get form 16 or salary certificate from your employer then you can file your ITR. w/o this salary income return not filed

16 June 2014 even if you dont have form 16, you can file your tax return on the basis of salary slips and Form 26AS

16 June 2014 sir, if 26AS not showing whole TDS....
den can i claim whole TDS or tds which is showing in 26AS onlly?

16 June 2014 ohk. in such a case:

1. ask your employer to issue the form 16. note, that it is his statutory duty. and if he refuses to issue the same, tell him in writing that you will file complaint with income-tax department.

2. It is possible that he may not have filed the TDS return yet. so check for that too.
