Dear experts. . Recent circular declared about form 16 is the form should be generated through TRACES portal. . I need to know whether form 16 is valid or not if its generated through e-tax software ?

You have to download Part A of form 16 from TRACES. It is mandatory.
Generate Part B from software and after that merge both of them. Merge utility should be available in your software.
