26 October 2012 Hi,
I want to know what action i have to do in respect of not receiving Form 16 of my mother. The employer has deducted TDS for the P/Y 2011-12 and not issue Form 16 yet. No information is been present on Income Tax site in Form 26AS for the same....

If form 26AS does not show the amount of TDS, Its means that till now deductor not file the TDS return. So contact your deductor for this and ask him to file the TDS return.
