Mam problem is its Govt. Dept. and nobody even know they have to submit TDS return also if they have deducted TDS. Nobody can force them to file TDS Return. This unable me to file my mother's Return for P/Y 2011-12. Pls tell what i should do? And thanks for your previous reply.
