I had worked in 2 companies for AY 2009-10.
I had misplaced my form 16. The original form 16 was digitally signed. Now the duplicate form 16 is being issued with manual signature and office seal.
what is the solution for this.

No problem ultimately you will get credit as per amount shown in 26AS. Dont worry there will be no problem in your case.

Credit will be received by you. You can check the same in form 26AS. No problem.

As Form 16 is no longer required to be attached with ITR, so it does not matter, in which form (digitally signed or manually signed), you receive it.
Its only for your tax return calculation purpose .
You will get the credit, if the TDS has been paid correctly. ALSO, verify the same in your 26AS statement

ya..experts are right,
don't worry....form 16 is now a formality bcs no attachment required with any ITR submission,manually or electronically.
if you have credit then you will be received as per 26AS... but if you filed carefully write bank A/c No,TAN NO. MICR if available...etc...
