13 February 2012 Form 15G/H is needed for not deducting income tax provided the underlying income is less than the maximum amount which is not chargeable to income tax.
The person deriving the income has to file the said form in duplicate to the person giving the income.
Every year the said form has to be filed.
If has to be filed to the person who is giving the income.
