11 January 2011 Our bank Bank of India told us not that no need to furnish form 15CB to them. So my question whether thisa has been withdrawn by department or do we have to continue the practice for payments to non residents. Can anybody guide me on this.

11 January 2011 See you need to keep Form 15CB for your record & you need to file form 15CA with your bankers

11 January 2011 So we have to carry on the process by non submitting the Form 15CB to bank.Am I right.

11 January 2011 Yes.. Banks only need form 15CA. of course you will require Form 15CB from the CA to file form 15CA.
