what are the documents to be verified by a CA before certifying form 15CB ? Pls help its urgent

All Documents related to foreign remmittances are needed to be verfied. Nature of transaction, objectives, payments terms, TDS applicability, DTAA, agreement with the foreign party etc are to be taken care before signing the Form 15CB.
