Hello Sir/Madam,
There is an Indian Company paying 50000 USD to a Resort at Bali Island in Indonesia, the amount is against the booking deposit for a Conference to be held there.Please let me know that whether TDS on this transaction will be applicale or not? If yes or no please specify the reason.

If the company has already paid the taxes on this Income. Then TDS will not be deducted.

you have to deduct the tds u/s 195 @ 10% if resort have indian PAN otherwise @ 20% TDs will be deducted by you.
as per section 195 tds rate is 10% but in another section tds will be deducted @ 20% if payee have no pan.
