Hello, would like to know if the the form 15CA available on NSDL is still valid for submitting to the income tax dept for remittance of foreign exchange. had been told there are changes in section 37BB of income tax.
remittance is without deduction of TDS.
kindly guide me.

Yes valid up to 30/09/2013. This is as a corollary to CBDT Notification 58/2003 dated 05-08-2013.
