While transfer money form NRO to NRE who will sign if Form 15CA.
Eg:In case interest from Bank, Whether bank manager or NRI ?

17 August 2012 After obtaining CA certification in Form 15 CB. Who will sign in Form 15 CA
Payment made by a Banker from NRO to NRE
Whether Bank Manager or NRI ?

17 August 2012 Banker always acts in fiduciary capacity / trusteeship. Collecting banker or paying banker. It is you who owns the funds and hence you need to sign it wither by yourself or through power of attorney holder.

17 August 2012 The Fund comes from NRE

They deposited in NRO FD
Bank deducted TDS against Interest. Now they can retransfer into NRE
Bank made TDS aginst Interest in that case who will sign in 15 CA?

17 August 2012 for transferring money from NRO to NRE, NRI to sign. For paying interest by Bank, being foreign exchange dealers, they take every caution to abide by the FEMA rules.

17 August 2012 Another simple test, WHOSE money is it? Bank OR NRI.??? So the one who is the owner of money should make every attempt to PROTECT the same.
