Can any body Explain me what is the use of Form 12c? and who will certify the form 12c?

Not explaining because form 12C is omitted from the statute w.e.f 1/10/2003.

the form 12c was for employee to give his other income detail to employer if employee is interested in giving the detail.means its employee wish to give the detail or not and not mandatory at all
