Sir, Why form 12B is required while filling form 16.

if employer is changed in any financial year than 12BC has to submit to new employer to know about last salary drawn.

also to consider your previous income while calculating taxable salary, so that you dont end up with tax liability at the end of the financial year...

if any previous employer not ready to give form 12B to employee and they said that they will give you at the end of financial i mean to say in the month of june or july.
